To help you out, we would like to answer some of your questions in advance.
What do you need to consider/bring for the gold panning course?
If you like, please bring rubber boots or bathing shoes, and a small towel to dry your feet if you wish.
What do you need to consider for a child's birthday party / what's the procedure?
Pack a change of clothes for the children!
Food and drinks are welcome!
Depending on the booking, the process is as follows: first, arrival and unpacking, then a welcome and we start with the theory. Afterwards, we go gold panning where the children can search for gold independently, and of course, they will always receive support if needed. Finally, each child receives their own found gold in a certificate to take home.
We do not take responsibility for supervising the children. The gold panning camp is not a playground and must not be damaged! The customer is responsible for any costs incurred!
What if the weather is bad during my gold panning course?
We have a small BBQ hut where you can shelter in case of rain; otherwise, the gold panning camp is outdoors and uncovered. However, we still hold the courses in the rain – just wear rain gear!
Should there be a storm or other natural disasters besides rain on the day, the gold panning course will not take place! We will then reschedule for a new date by arrangement.
What if I can't figure out how to use my gold panning equipment?
If you're unsure how to properly use the gold pan in the river, or other products from us, feel free to call or send pictures and videos via WhatsApp. We will try to help you as quickly as possible!
