guide it into the depressions where it deposits well. Interesting
heavy minerals such as garnet, zircon, etc., can also be effectively captured with the mat.
It can be used with or without expanded metal and can be very
well combined with other gold catchers.
Pre-screening of the river sediment is not
absolutely necessary here, but it is useful for washing flour gold. The Vortex
mat works with very low flow rates and does not clog, which
is a great advantage over other mats for fine gold washing!
